Description of content: This standard applies to food additive Monosodium fumarate produced from fumaric acid and sodium hydroxide through Moore reactions, delicate concentration, crystallization and dry processes. It specifies the technical requirements and test methods for food additive Monosodium fumarate.

This standard is consistent with the actual condition of Chinese products.
