在公眾咨詢后，ECHA風(fēng)險評估委員會（RAC）會結(jié)合公眾評議的意見給出自己的觀點，而歐盟委員會將基于RAC的觀點決定物質(zhì)的CLH是否可以采納。如被采納，物質(zhì)的新分類將被收錄在CLP法規(guī)附件VI中。在公眾咨詢期間，ECHA會將收到的評議發(fā)布在網(wǎng)站上，以促進利益相關(guān)方及時了解各方評議并給出反饋。
