 據(jù)美國(guó)政府網(wǎng)站消息，2014年12月24日美國(guó)環(huán)保署發(fā)布公告，豁免球孢白僵菌（Beauveria bassiana）ANT-03的殘留限量，征求意見截止日期為2015年2月23日。

本條例已于2014年12月24日起生效。球孢白僵菌ANT-03用于防治農(nóng)作物、觀賞植物上面的害蟲。

 This regulation establishes an exemption from the requirement of a tolerance for residues of the microbial insecticide Beauveria bassiana strain ANT-03 in or on all food commodities when used in accordance with label directions and good agricultural practices.

Technology Sciences Group, Inc., agent for Anatis Bioprotection Inc., submitted a petition to EPA under the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act （FFDCA）， requesting an exemption from the requirement of a tolerance. This regulation eliminates the need to establish a maximum permissible level for residues of Beauveria bassiana strain ANT-03.
