據(jù)歐盟網(wǎng)站消息，2月27日歐盟委員會發(fā)布法規(guī)（EU）2015/307，修訂法規(guī)（EU）No 540/2011附件A部分中關(guān)于定草酯（Triclopyr）的許可使用條件。

法規(guī)（EU）No 540/2011附件A部分，第136行定草酯規(guī)定修訂如下：僅批準(zhǔn)作為除草劑使用，每年最大總使用量為每公頃480g。 各成員國在使用時注意對操作者、地下水以及動物構(gòu)成的暴露風(fēng)險。

本法規(guī)自發(fā)布后二十日起生效。

Article 1

Amendment to Implementing Regulation （EC） No 540/2011

Part A of the Annex to Implementing Regulation （EU） No 540/2011 is amended in accordance with the Annex to this Regulation.

Article 2

Transitional measures

Member States shall in accordance with Regulation （EC） No 1107/2009, where necessary amend or withdraw existing authorisations for plant protection products containing triclopyr as active substance by 19 September 2015.

Article 3

Period of grace

Any grace period granted by Member States in accordance with Article 46 of Regulation （EC） No 1107/2009 shall be as short as possible and shall expire by 19 September 2016 at the latest.
