    食品伙伴網(wǎng)訊   據(jù)英國食品標(biāo)準(zhǔn)局（FSA）消息，3月25日英國食品標(biāo)準(zhǔn)局公布了兩份食品衛(wèi)生評(píng)估研究報(bào)告，評(píng)估對(duì)象包括英格蘭與威爾士地區(qū)的食品衛(wèi)生評(píng)級(jí)制度（FHRS）以及蘇格蘭地區(qū)實(shí)施的食品衛(wèi)生信息制度（FHIS）。

    The final two research reports, in a series commissioned by the FSA to evaluate the Food Hygiene Rating Scheme （FHRS） in England, Wales and Northern Ireland, and Food Hygiene Information Scheme （FHIS） in Scotland, are being published today. The evaluation was commissioned with the Policy Studies Institute in 2011 and ran until mid-2014.  It explored the impact of the FHRS and the FHIS on local authorities, consumers, businesses, food hygiene compliance and the incidence of foodborne disease. The evaluation and other research findings have been discussed by the FSA Board today.
