據(jù)美國食品安全新聞網(wǎng)消息,4月14日美國公共廉政中心(CPI)發(fā)布調(diào)查報(bào)告指出,羽扇豆會(huì)導(dǎo)致過敏反應(yīng),然而食品標(biāo)簽缺少警告標(biāo)識(shí)。
報(bào)道稱,由于花生屬于美國規(guī)定的必須強(qiáng)制標(biāo)注的致敏原,因此食品企業(yè)使用羽扇豆作為花生的替代品。
然而根據(jù)相關(guān)規(guī)定,羽扇豆屬于“一般認(rèn)為安全”的物質(zhì),無需強(qiáng)制標(biāo)注在過敏原標(biāo)簽中。
