2016年9月15日，美國FTC更新了冷凍柜的能效標(biāo)簽法規(guī)。該法規(guī)的生效日期為2017年6月12日。

• 2017年6月12日以后，在美國生產(chǎn)或進(jìn)口到美國的冷凍柜必須符合新的能效標(biāo)簽法規(guī)要求，詳見16CFR305。

主要更新：

1. 必須在標(biāo)簽上增加下列語句
   a. Compare ONLY to other labels with yellow numbers.
   b. Labels with yellow numbers are based on the same test procedures.
2. 標(biāo)簽底部的相關(guān)語句修改如下：
   a. Your cost will depend on your utility rates and use.
   b. [Insert statement required by item 3].
   c. Estimated energy cost is based on a national average electricity cost of ___cents per kWh.
   d. ftc.gov/energy.
3. 依據(jù)Appendix B1 – B3中的產(chǎn)品類型分別對應(yīng)標(biāo)示下列語句
   a. Appendix B1 - Cost range based only on upright freezer models of similar capacity with manual defrost.
   b. Appendix B2 - Cost range based only on upright freezer models of similar capacity with automatic defrost
   c. Appendix B3 - Cost range based only on chest and other freezer models of similar capacity
4. Appendix B1- B3中的預(yù)估年耗能范圍做了調(diào)整
