2016年9月15日，美國(guó)FTC更新了冰箱的能效標(biāo)簽法規(guī)。該法規(guī)的生效日期為2017年6月12日。

• 冷藏箱、冷藏-冷凍箱

實(shí)施計(jì)劃：

• 2017年6月12日以后，在美國(guó)生產(chǎn)或進(jìn)口到美國(guó)的冰箱必須符合新的能效標(biāo)簽法規(guī)要求，詳見(jiàn)16CFR305。

主要更新：

1、必須在標(biāo)簽上增加下列語(yǔ)句
a. Compare ONLY to other labels with yellow numbers.
b. Labels with yellow numbers are based on the same test procedures.

2、標(biāo)簽底部的相關(guān)語(yǔ)句修改如下：

a. Your cost will depend on your utility rates and use.
b. Both cost ranges based on models of similar size capacity.
c. [Insert statement required by item 3].
d. Estimated energy cost is based on a national average electricity cost of ___cents per kWh.
e. ftc.gov/energy.

3、依據(jù)Appendix A1 – A8中的產(chǎn)品類型分別對(duì)應(yīng)標(biāo)示下列語(yǔ)句
a. Appendix A1 - Models with similar features have automatic defrost and no freezer.
