Description of content: Sets out a proposal for a tertiary instrument (a form of regulation) that would require the importers and manufacturers of hazardous substances to provide their business and contact person details to the EPA. ·                name, email address and telephone number of the contact person for the business;

Each importer or manufacturer concerned would also have an obligation to maintain the accuracy and currency of that information.
