協(xié)調(diào)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)是歐盟委員會(huì)委托的認(rèn)可的歐洲標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化機(jī)構(gòu)（CEN、CENELEC、ESTI）制定的技術(shù)規(guī)范。設(shè)備符合歐盟官方公報(bào)（OJ）上公布的協(xié)調(diào)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)、國(guó)際標(biāo)準(zhǔn)（如果沒有協(xié)調(diào)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)）或制造商所在成員國(guó)的國(guó)家標(biāo)準(zhǔn)（如果沒有協(xié)調(diào)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)和國(guó)際標(biāo)準(zhǔn)），可推斷該設(shè)備符合LVD指令的安全要求。符合協(xié)調(diào)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)不是強(qiáng)制的，它為設(shè)備提供了一種標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的、可重復(fù)的、準(zhǔn)確的、可接受的評(píng)定方法，通常為優(yōu)先選擇的方法。
