(a) 熱釋放率，由氧氣消耗量決定(Rate of heat release, by measurement of the oxygen consumption, as determined by the oxygen concentration and the flow rate in the exhaust product stream);

(b) 有效熱燃燒值和物質(zhì)質(zhì)量損失率(Effective heat of combustion from a concomitant measurement of specimen mass loss rate, in combination with the heat release rate);

(c) 煙釋放率(Smoke release, by obscuration of light by the combustion product stream);

(d) 可燃性 ，產(chǎn)品加熱后從不燃到可燃的時(shí)間(Ignitability, as a measurement of time from initial exposure to time of sustained flaming)。

AS/NZS 3837測試方法及流程

測試前，樣品用錫箔紙(烤箱燒烤那種)包好4角和樣品的底部形成一個(gè)托盤，用于存儲(chǔ)可能的融化物。水平放置樣品，火焰從一側(cè)點(diǎn)燃，同時(shí)給樣品以50kw/m2的熱輻射加熱。

出現(xiàn)如下情況可以終止測試：

1. 樣品燃燒結(jié)束2分鐘后;

2. 平均物質(zhì)質(zhì)量損失率一分鐘后降低到150gm2;

3. 試驗(yàn)時(shí)間超過60分鐘;

4. 樣品開始試驗(yàn)10分鐘內(nèi)不燃燒;

AS/NZS 3837等級劃分：

防火等級1級－不燃材料。

防火等級2級－難燃材料。

防火等級3級－可燃材料。

防火等級4級－易燃材料。
