本法規(guī)旨在確定法規(guī)范圍內(nèi)的電子電器設備及其配件中有害物質(zhì)的百分比，并確保供應商應遵守合格評定程序，以確保保護環(huán)境及消費者的健康和安全。

關于測試要求：

1測試內(nèi)容與歐盟Rohs 6項的內(nèi)容大致；

2測試標準參考IEC 62321，測試報告加CNAS標志；

3測試報告上的買家信息、商標、產(chǎn)品名、型號，要與對應申請的GCC/IECEE/PC/SC保持一致。
