本法規(guī)旨在確定法規(guī)范圍內(nèi)的電子電器設(shè)備及其配件中有害物質(zhì)的百分比，并確保供應(yīng)商應(yīng)遵守合格評(píng)定程序，以確保保護(hù)環(huán)境及消費(fèi)者的健康和安全。

關(guān)于測(cè)試要求：

1測(cè)試內(nèi)容與歐盟Rohs 6項(xiàng)的內(nèi)容大致；

2測(cè)試標(biāo)準(zhǔn)參考IEC 62321，測(cè)試報(bào)告加CNAS標(biāo)志；

3測(cè)試報(bào)告上的買(mǎi)家信息、商標(biāo)、產(chǎn)品名、型號(hào)，要與對(duì)應(yīng)申請(qǐng)的GCC/IECEE/PC/SC保持一致。
