純化水/注射用水系統(tǒng)中的非關(guān)鍵使用點(diǎn)，能否減少日常監(jiān)測？

國家藥監(jiān)局核查中心有了一則關(guān)于純化水監(jiān)測的問答，提問內(nèi)容為僅用于設(shè)備清潔，不用于產(chǎn)品的純化水，能否通過對(duì)水系統(tǒng)歷史數(shù)據(jù)回顧來減少部分項(xiàng)目的檢測，僅對(duì)各監(jiān)測點(diǎn)的微生物及部分項(xiàng)目進(jìn)行檢測，檢測項(xiàng)目根據(jù)評(píng)估確定的，并定期（6個(gè)月）全檢一次，如下：

咨詢內(nèi)容：老師您好，我公司純化水僅用于設(shè)備設(shè)施的清潔，不用于產(chǎn)品的清洗，請(qǐng)問能否依據(jù)純化水系統(tǒng)的回顧來減少部分項(xiàng)目的檢測，僅對(duì)各監(jiān)測點(diǎn)的微生物及部分項(xiàng)目進(jìn)行檢測，檢測項(xiàng)目根據(jù)評(píng)估確定的，并規(guī)定在6個(gè)月內(nèi)進(jìn)行全檢一次，請(qǐng)問這樣做是否可行，是否會(huì)得到認(rèn)可，如果不可以，會(huì)有什么風(fēng)險(xiǎn)？謝謝中心老師！
 
回復(fù)：請(qǐng)根據(jù)所生產(chǎn)的產(chǎn)品來明確工藝用水的要求，無論是產(chǎn)品生產(chǎn)過程用水還是設(shè)施清潔用水，都應(yīng)滿足產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量的控制要求，避免對(duì)產(chǎn)品帶來污染，純化水檢測應(yīng)符合中國藥典的要求，檢測項(xiàng)目與頻次應(yīng)由企業(yè)根據(jù)自身產(chǎn)品風(fēng)險(xiǎn)規(guī)定控制要求，并開展相應(yīng)驗(yàn)證，以確保符合產(chǎn)品和用水的質(zhì)量。
 
建議：
 
國際上已經(jīng)采取對(duì)純化水系統(tǒng)關(guān)鍵使用點(diǎn)（使用點(diǎn)供水用作原料或直接與產(chǎn)品接觸或用于最終漂洗）和非關(guān)鍵使用點(diǎn)采用不同的監(jiān)測計(jì)劃的方式，例如ISPE《良好規(guī)范指南：制藥用水、蒸汽、氣體的取樣》中給出關(guān)鍵使用點(diǎn)和非關(guān)鍵使用點(diǎn)在PQ階段2和PQ階段3（PQ階段3可參考作為日常監(jiān)測計(jì)劃）的不同監(jiān)測頻率：
