    全球連鎖快餐漢堡王（Burger King）已經(jīng)同意取消“零小時合同制”；稍早，餐飲品牌集團（Restaurant Brands）旗下的肯德基（KFC）、必勝客（Pizza Hut）、星巴克（Starbuck）和小卡爾（Carls Jr）等連鎖快餐，也都已經(jīng)同意提供員工的工時保證。所以剩下的麥當勞和溫迪就成了眾矢之的。

    Restaurant Brands, which owns the KFC, Pizza Hut, Carl's Jr and Starbucks chains in New Zealand, has committed to end zero hour contracts by July this year in a new collective agreement negotiated with Unite Union.

    Unite has 2,000 members at the chain and is recommending the new terms to members in a vote to be held over the next week or so.

    The Unite bargaining team was unanimous in its support for the proposal which promises staff at least 80% of the average hours will be guaranteed using a three month rolling average of hours worked up to a maximum of 32 hours a week.
