案例問題

 

電器產(chǎn)品安規(guī)試驗(yàn)用塞規(guī)檢查電氣間隙、爬電距離時(shí)，結(jié)果可以寫“>塞規(guī)值（標(biāo)準(zhǔn)限值）”嗎?

 

例如：某PCB線路板兩銅箔走線之間爬電距離限值是4mm，用4mm的塞規(guī)“比”一下，如圖1所示。測(cè)量結(jié)果記錄為：>4mm可以嗎?

案例分析

 

筆者個(gè)人認(rèn)為，以前允許寫“>4mm”，現(xiàn)在不允許了。

 

IECEE/CB SCHEME/CTL國(guó)際電工委員會(huì)CB體系CB實(shí)驗(yàn)室組織曾經(jīng)發(fā)布過決議DSH791（詳見附件），測(cè)量結(jié)果可以有4種表達(dá)方式：

 

——實(shí)測(cè)值，例如：1.3mm。

 

——當(dāng)測(cè)量的最小值或最大值超過或低于限值的30％以上時(shí)，報(bào)告格式中所填寫的測(cè)量值應(yīng)大于（>）[所要求的最小值+ 30％]或小于（<）[所要求的最大值-30 ％]，例如：標(biāo)準(zhǔn)要求≥5 MΩ，結(jié)果表示為：>6.5 MΩ

 

——儀表的讀數(shù)小于量程的最小測(cè)量刻度。例如，接觸電流測(cè)量結(jié)果表示為：< 0.1 mA。

 

——使用等于要求尺寸探棒檢查爬電距離和電氣間隙距離，例如：電氣間隙標(biāo)準(zhǔn)要求≥0.8mm，結(jié)果表示為：>0.8mm。

 

后來該CTL DSH 791決議取消了，如圖2所示。

前兩種測(cè)量結(jié)果表達(dá)方式被寫入更高級(jí)別的CB體系操作文件OD-2020 ED3.9 TRF – Development, maintenance and use（報(bào)告格式-開發(fā)、維護(hù)和使用），而后兩種測(cè)量結(jié)果表達(dá)方式并未寫入OD2020文件（詳見附件）。

 

筆者曾經(jīng)發(fā)電郵詢問IECEE為什么原先CTL DSH791決議4種結(jié)果表達(dá)方式只有2種而不是全部寫入OD2020文件，得到IECEE的回復(fù)：

 

 

The reference to CTL DSH 791 was removed from OD-2020 some 7 years ago. It was deliberated on in CMC WG 9 on the new text and this deliberation decided to remove the examples that were given in CTL DSH 791.

 

大約 7 年前，OD-2020 中刪除了對(duì) CTL DSH 791 的引用。CMC WG 9 對(duì)新文本進(jìn)行了審議，該審議決定刪除 CTL DSH 791 中給出的示例。

 

IECEE沒有提到當(dāng)時(shí)刪除的具體原因，筆者猜測(cè)可能的原因有：

 

1.電氣間隙、爬電距離各種限值的塞規(guī)不一定能找到，例如CTL 791中舉例中0.8mm塞規(guī)就不容易找到，常見塞規(guī)數(shù)值是1mm、1.5mm、2mm、2.5mm、3mm、4mm、6mm、8mm，如圖3所示。

2.某干段距離相加得到總距離的情況，用塞規(guī)檢查距離不具操作性，用游標(biāo)卡尺分別測(cè)量每一段距離計(jì)算總距離才是可以操作的。

 

3.“>塞規(guī)值（標(biāo)準(zhǔn)限值）”表達(dá)方式與“大于（>）[所要求的最小值+ 30％]或小于（<）[所要求的最大值-30 ％]”矛盾。

Tables are provided to record the actual measurements taken during the test. It is not allowed to use statements such as “OK”, “meets the standard”, “more than”, “less than”, or similar instead of the measured value.

 

However, CTL agreed with the following alternative report method. In case the measured minimum or maximum value is exceeding or is below the limit value by more than 30%, the value given in the TRF shall be >[minimum required value + 30%] or shall be < [maximum required value - 30%] and the accuracy of the used instruments shall be in line with the latest version ofOD-5014, CTL Instrument Accuracy Limits (the latest version.）
