最近參與了幾個(gè)可靠性和環(huán)境測(cè)試相關(guān)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的討論和學(xué)習(xí),發(fā)現(xiàn)其實(shí)還是挺有意思的,最多問(wèn)的問(wèn)題就是這些測(cè)試條件的出處是哪兒?為什么是這個(gè)條件?不同產(chǎn)品類(lèi)型是否要按照同一個(gè)測(cè)試條件來(lái)進(jìn)行?
 
爭(zhēng)論普遍都比較激烈,怎么說(shuō)呢,都合理也都有待商榷的地方。
 
其實(shí)在IEC 有一系列的相關(guān)標(biāo)準(zhǔn),環(huán)境測(cè)試和可靠性本身就是一個(gè)古老而有有很多爭(zhēng)議的話題。所有的測(cè)試和評(píng)估都會(huì)基于當(dāng)下的認(rèn)知、’技術(shù)水平和社會(huì)環(huán)境等眾多的因素。
好了話不多說(shuō)了,提供一下標(biāo)準(zhǔn)清單,大家都可以依葫蘆畫(huà)瓢去看看國(guó)際專(zhuān)家們是怎么來(lái)考慮這類(lèi)問(wèn)題的, 他們又是怎么來(lái)定義環(huán)境測(cè)試分類(lèi)和測(cè)試條件的。

當(dāng)然熟悉IEC 60601 專(zhuān)標(biāo)的小伙伴應(yīng)該知道,在很多IEC 60601專(zhuān)標(biāo)中關(guān)于機(jī)械強(qiáng)度測(cè)試的時(shí)候都會(huì)有一個(gè)建議的分類(lèi):譬如7M2 或者7M3,有沒(méi)有好奇過(guò)這些分類(lèi)的出處是啥,這些分類(lèi)又代表這什么意思?

 

其實(shí)這個(gè)分類(lèi)出自于IEC 60721系列標(biāo)準(zhǔn),這一系列標(biāo)準(zhǔn)是基于產(chǎn)品的使用環(huán)境特性來(lái)進(jìn)行分類(lèi)的,同時(shí)基于這些個(gè)不同分類(lèi)對(duì)應(yīng)到IEC 60068中的測(cè)試方法或?qū)EC 60068系列標(biāo)準(zhǔn)中的測(cè)試方法進(jìn)行進(jìn)一步的修正。

所以綜上,大家在進(jìn)行規(guī)劃產(chǎn)品的環(huán)境測(cè)試的時(shí)候其實(shí)可以依據(jù)產(chǎn)品的預(yù)期使用環(huán)境進(jìn)行分類(lèi),再看分類(lèi)所對(duì)應(yīng)的測(cè)試方法來(lái)設(shè)計(jì)適用于自己產(chǎn)品的環(huán)境測(cè)試條件和方法,當(dāng)然標(biāo)準(zhǔn)中給出的只是一個(gè)建議,大家也可以出于不同的目的,譬如挑戰(zhàn)自己產(chǎn)品的極限或者證明自己設(shè)計(jì)的冗余,可以加嚴(yán)加重測(cè)試條件。但是有了這系列的環(huán)境測(cè)試設(shè)計(jì)邏輯,至少面對(duì)監(jiān)管機(jī)構(gòu)或者客戶(hù)挑戰(zhàn)的時(shí)候也有一個(gè)‘靠山’。
