Description of content: This draft Commission Regulation concerns the inclusion of certain substances in the positive lists of Directive 2002/46/EC and Regulation (EC) 1925/2006. The purpose of this draft Regulation is to amend the positive lists of the above-mentioned legislation by adding new mineral substances that may be used for the manufacture of food supplements and fortified foods and for which the European Food Safety Authority has given a favourable opinion.
