Description of content: We adjusted Xylella fastidiosa from Part A to Part B of the "Quarantine Requirements for the Importation of Plants or Plant Products", and regulate the host plants for planting (excluding seeds) from infested areas shall be subject to the pre-export laboratory testing to confirm they are free from this pest. The testing result must be stated on the phytosanitary certificate issued by the NPPO of the exporting country. The consignments which fail to meet the above-mentioned condition shall be reshipped or destroyed.
