據歐盟食品安全局（EFSA）消息，6月26日歐盟食品安全局專家組就乳與其他食品中四氫大麻酚（THC）對人體健康構成的風險發(fā)布意見。

四氫大麻酚（THC）即D-9-四氫大麻酚來自大麻。在新鮮大麻當中，高達90%的四氫大麻酚以非精神刺激類的四氫大麻酚前體酸的形式存在。

經過風險評估，歐盟專家組認為，關于報道當中使用火麻仁飼料的條件下，攝取乳與乳制品不會對人體健康構成風險。然而由于數據缺乏，目前還不能就攝取動物組織以及雞蛋對人體的風險作出結論。

The European Food Safety Authority （EFSA） was asked to deliver a scientific opinion on the risks for human health related to the presence of tetrahydrocannabinol （THC） in milk and other food of animal origin. THC, more precisely delta-9-tetrahydrocannabinol （Δ9-THC） is derived from the hemp plant Cannabis sativa. In fresh plant material, up to 90 % of total Δ9-THC is present as the non-psychoactive precursor Δ9-THC acid. Since few data on Δ9-THC levels in foods of animal origin were available, the Panel on Contaminants in the Food Chain （CONTAM Panel） estimated acute human dietary exposure to Δ9-THC combining different scenarios for the presence of Δ9-THC in hemp seed-derived feed materials.
