美國修訂Z-氯氰菊酯的最大殘留限量

據(jù)美國政府網(wǎng)站消息，7月30日美國環(huán)保署發(fā)布通報，修訂對Z-氯氰菊酯（Zeta-Cypermethrin）的最大殘留限量。本條例自發(fā)布之日起生效，征求意見的截止日期為9月28日。

SUMMARY: This regulation amends the tolerances for residues of zeta-cypermethrin in or on corn, field, forage; corn, field, stover; and corn, pop, stover. FMC Corporation requested these tolerances under the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act (FFDCA).

   
DATES: This regulation is effective July 30, 2015. Objections and requests for hearings must be received on or before September 28, 2015, and must be filed in accordance with the instructions provided in 40 FR part 178 (see also Unit I.C. of the SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION).
