據(jù)歐盟網(wǎng)站消息，7月23日歐盟發(fā)布（EU）2015/1200 號(hào)委員會(huì)條例，就酰嘧磺隆（amidosulfuron）等多種農(nóng)藥在某些產(chǎn)品中的最大殘留限量修訂（EC） No 396/2005 號(hào)法規(guī)附錄 II 和 III。

這五種農(nóng)藥包括酰嘧磺?。╝midosulfuron），環(huán)酰菌胺（fenhexamid），醚菌酯（kresoxim-methyl），噻蟲(chóng)林（thiacloprid）以及肟菌酯（trifloxystrobin）。
   
   

本法規(guī)自發(fā)布之日起第 20 天生效，并于 2016 年 2 月 12 日起實(shí)施。

Article 1

Annexes II and III to Regulation （EC） No 396/2005 are amended in accordance with the Annex to this Regulation.

Article 2

As regards the active substances amidosulfuron, fenhexamid, kresoxim-methyl and trifloxystrobin in and on all products, Regulation （EC） No 396/2005 as it stood before being amended by this Regulation shall continue to apply to products which were produced by 11 February 2016.

As regards the active substance thiacloprid in and on all products except blackberries, kale, lettuce and scarole, Regulation （EC） No 396/2005 as it stood before being amended by this Regulation shall continue to apply to products which were produced by 11 February 2016.
