據(jù)歐盟網(wǎng)站消息，7月23日歐盟委員會發(fā)布法規(guī)（EU）2015/1201，更新農(nóng)藥活性物質(zhì)環(huán)酰菌胺（Fenhexamid）的批準(zhǔn)條件。本法規(guī)自公布二十日起生效，從2016年1月1日開始實(shí)施。 根據(jù)法規(guī)（EC）No 1107/2009條款20（3），歐盟法規(guī)（EU）No 540/2011附件進(jìn)行相應(yīng)修訂。

在使用環(huán)酰菌胺時應(yīng)注意：—在大田作物手持操作時，對操作者的保護(hù)； —重返室內(nèi)被處理作物的場所時，對工人的保護(hù)；—對水生生物的風(fēng)險； —野外使用時對哺乳動物的長期風(fēng)險。使用時應(yīng)包括適當(dāng)?shù)目癸L(fēng)險措施。

Having regard to the Treaty on the Functioning of the European Union,

Having regard to Regulation （EC） No 1107/2009 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 21 October 2009 concerning the placing of plant protection products on the market and repealing Council Directives 79/117/EEC and 91/414/EEC （1）， and in particular Article 20（1） thereof.
