Description of content: This draft law of the Parliament determines the obligations to producers, importers and users of the integrated chemicals placed in the market and provides the appropriate documents in data security for them; it defines obligations to all suppliers to the labelling and packaging of chemicals, etc.

Objective and rationale, including the nature of urgent problems where applicable: The aim of this draft law is to ensure the free movement of chemicals and other goods, as well as to increase competition and innovation; to harmonize legislation in the Republic of Albania to the Global Harmonized System for classification and labelling of chemicals (GHS), etc.
