Description of content: This Technical Regulation defines the main requirements for submitting information to consumers about the efficient level of energy and other resources consumption by household dishwashers, as well as additional information.

This Technical Regulation is developed on the basis of the Commission Delegated Directive (EU) 1059/2010 of 28 September 2010 supplementing Directive 2010/30/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council with regard to energy labelling of household dishwashers.

Objective and rationale, including the nature of urgent problems where applicable: Adaptation of Ukrainian legislation to the EU legislation on the energy labelling of household dishwashers. Prevention of deceptive practices and consumer protection.
