Description of content: The presence of Cherry necrotic rusty mottle disease (Cherry necrotic rusty mottle virus) has been reported in Chile. Consequently, the phytosanitary requirements governing the importation into Chile of plants, cuttings and twigs of the species Prunus dulcis, P. mahaleb, P. cerasus, P. avium, P. domestica, P. salicina, P. cerasifera, P. armeniaca, P. persica and P. persica var. nucipersica from the United States of America, must be updated.

Corrections also need to be made to Agriculture and Livestock Service Resolution No. 8.958 of 5 December 2014.
