目標(biāo)與理由:本決議草案旨在使國(guó)內(nèi)法律與歐盟有關(guān)技術(shù)法規(guī)的法律保持一致，特別是2014年2月26日歐洲議會(huì)和理事會(huì)指令2014/30/EU統(tǒng)一成員國(guó)有關(guān)電磁兼容性的法律，該指令從2016年4月20日起廢除指令2004/108/EC。目前，2009年7月29日烏克蘭內(nèi)閣決議批準(zhǔn)的設(shè)備電磁兼容性技術(shù)法規(guī)有效，并且批準(zhǔn)該法規(guī)時(shí)考慮了2004年12月15日歐洲議會(huì)和理事會(huì)指令2004/108/EC統(tǒng)一成員國(guó)有關(guān)電磁兼容性法律的規(guī)定。

Description of content: The Draft Technical Regulation sets substantial requirements to the equipment, responsibilities of the producers, authorized representatives, importers and distributors of equipment, conformity assessment procedures, requirements concerning appointment of the bodies and their responsibilities, provisions concerning state control and market supervision.

Objective and rationale, including the nature of urgent problems where applicable: The Draft Resolution aims for harmonization of national legislation with relevant legislation of the European Union concerning technical regulation, in particular the Directive 2014/30/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 26 February 2014 on harmonization of the legislation of the Member-States relating to electromagnetic compatibility, which cancels the Directive 2004/108/EC since 20 April 2016.
Currently, the Technical Regulation of electromagnetic compatibility of equipment, approved by the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 785 of 29 July 2009, is in force and which was adopted with consideration of provisions of the Directive 2004/108/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 15 December 2004 on harmonization of the laws of the Member-States relating to electromagnetic compatibility.
