Description of content: The Processed Food Registration Regulations 2005 covers the registration of every processed food manufactured, imported, exported, advertised, sold or distributed in Nigeria. It also prescribes the application for registration, establishment inspection, submission of notarized declaration, issuance of certificate of registration and the demand for certificate of registration in respect of any processed food imported. It prescribes the prohibition, penalties and forfeiture to the agency of the violating products and accessories
