Description of content: Regulations guiding the importation of the above listed plants and plant products into Nigeria as indicated in the Plants (Control of Importation) Regulations, 1964, First Schedule Regulation 4, with a view to prevent the entry, spread and establishment of exotic pests and diseases of the listed plants and plant products thereby facilitating International Trade with the importing countries in line with International Standards as listed in the guidelines of the International Plant Protection Convention (IPPC).
