    本次報告建立在2014年匯總數(shù)據(jù)基礎(chǔ)之上，報告顯示英國所有領(lǐng)域的合格率令人滿意。

    MANCP是歐盟法規(guī)（EC）882/2004當(dāng)中關(guān)于官方控制的一項要求，旨在確保建立有效的控制體系，用于飼料與食品法、動物健康與福利條例以及植物健康法的監(jiān)控與執(zhí)行。

    The FSA has published its annual report on progress towards implementation of the UK Multi-Annual National Control Plan （MANCP）。 The report, which is based on data collected for 2014, shows that overall level of compliance in all sectors in the UK was satisfactory when assessed against expectations.

    The UK MANCP details the roles, responsibilities and strategies of the different authorities and organisations involved in enforcement of and monitoring compliance with feed and food law, animal health and welfare rules and plant health requirements in the UK. It is a requirement of Regulation （EC） 882/2004 for each Member State to produce an annual report detailing progress made each year.
