    食品伙伴網(wǎng)訊   據(jù)美國聯(lián)邦公報消息，10月9日美國環(huán)保署發(fā)布終期條例，豁免反式1,3,3,3-四氟-1-丙烯（trans-1,3,3,3-tetrafluoroprop-1-ene）作為農(nóng)藥助劑用于作物、農(nóng)產(chǎn)品、動物以及清潔食品接觸面情況時的最大殘留限量。

    本條例于發(fā)布之日起生效，征求意見截止日期為2015年12月8日。

    This regulation establishes an exemption from the requirement of a tolerance for residues of trans-1,3,3,3-tetrafluoroprop-1-ene （CAS Reg. No. 29118-24-9） when used as an inert ingredient （propellant） in pesticide formulations applied to growing crops, raw agricultural commodities after harvest, and animals, and when used as an inert ingredient in antimicrobial pesticide formulations for food-contact surface sanitizing solutions.
