Description of content: This Notification repeals the Notification of the Ministry of Public Health Re: Criteria, Procedures, Conditions for Displaying the Statements about Toxic or Carcinogenic Substances on Cigarettes Label pursuant to Tobacco Products Control Act B.E. 2535 (A.D. 1992) (No.16) B.E.2554 (A.D.2011). It specifies statement about dangers and hazards of consuming tobacco products on the side of cigarette pack or container shall be provided in Thai Font with black colour on the yellow background.
