Description of content: This draft regulation amends and supplements a number of articles of QCVN 5-1: 2010/BYT National Technical Regulation for liquid milk products which specifies food safety criteria and requirements for management of liquid milk products including pure fresh milk, fresh milk, reconstituted milk, recombined milk, composite milk, condensed milk, condensed milk supplemented with vegetable fat.
This draft regulation amended terms and definitions of pure fresh milk, fresh milk, reconstituted milk, recombined milk, composite milk. It replaced a number of appendixes and also amended and supplemented articles regulating labelling and conformity declaration to technical regulation for liquid milk products.
