       據(jù)歐盟網(wǎng)站消息，2月2日歐盟發(fā)布（EU） 2016/128條例，就特殊醫(yī)學(xué)用途食品的具體成分和信息要求制定（EU） 609/2013補(bǔ)充條例。

       新條例規(guī)定了特殊醫(yī)學(xué)用途食品的成分要求；為滿足嬰幼兒營(yíng)養(yǎng)需求的特殊醫(yī)學(xué)用途食品農(nóng)藥要求；特殊醫(yī)學(xué)用途食品在各國(guó)的名稱；（EU） No 1169/2011之外的特殊信息、營(yíng)養(yǎng)成分標(biāo)示要求；特殊醫(yī)學(xué)用途食品不能進(jìn)行營(yíng)養(yǎng)和健康聲稱；滿足嬰兒營(yíng)養(yǎng)需求的特殊醫(yī)學(xué)用途食品特殊要求；特殊醫(yī)學(xué)用途食品經(jīng)營(yíng)者應(yīng)當(dāng)向政府部門報(bào)告標(biāo)簽信息，提供標(biāo)簽?zāi)０逡约皾M足其他合理要求，除非當(dāng)局豁免該義務(wù)；滿足嬰兒營(yíng)養(yǎng)需求的特殊醫(yī)學(xué)用途食品，1999/21/EC號(hào)指令應(yīng)當(dāng)實(shí)施至2020年2月21日。滿足嬰兒營(yíng)養(yǎng)需求的特殊醫(yī)學(xué)用途食品在實(shí)施之日前投放市場(chǎng)或標(biāo)示的，可繼續(xù)銷售。

      本法規(guī)自發(fā)布后第20天起生效，除滿足嬰兒營(yíng)養(yǎng)需求的特殊醫(yī)學(xué)用途食品于2020年2月22日實(shí)施外，其余于2019年2月22日實(shí)施。

      Article 1

    Placing on the market

    Food for special medical purposes may only be placed on the market if it complies with this Regulation.

    Article 2

    Compositional requirements

    1.   Food for special medical purposes is classified in the following three categories:

    （a）

    nutritionally complete food with a standard nutrient formulation which, used in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions, may constitute the sole source of nourishment for the persons for whom it is intended;

    （b）

    nutritionally complete food with a nutrient-adapted formulation specific for a disease, disorder or medical condition which, used in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions, may constitute the sole source of nourishment for the persons for whom it is intended;
