核發(fā)進口一般工業(yè)用油脂同意文件作業(yè)要點
一、 “經(jīng)濟部”工業(yè)局（以下簡稱本局）為避免一般工業(yè)用油脂流向食品及飼料等用途，危害食物鏈安全，特訂定本作業(yè)要點。
二、 凡進口歸屬海關(guān)進口稅則第十五章及第三十八章二十三節(jié)貨品（如附件一）的廠商（以下簡稱申請人），應(yīng)依本作業(yè)要點申請同意文件。
三、 申請人或其代理人應(yīng)以紙本或因特網(wǎng)等方式向本局申請。
四、 申請人應(yīng)檢具下列證明文件：
(一) 申請書一份。
(二) 使用機構(gòu)為公司者需檢附公司登記證明文件及工廠登記證明文件復(fù)印件。
(三) 型錄或說明書一份。
(四) 制造流程及申請數(shù)量計算說明。
(五) 交易發(fā)票復(fù)印件或其它證明的文件（如信用狀、電匯單或進口物品結(jié)匯單據(jù)復(fù)印件等）一份。
(六) 其它經(jīng)本局指定的證明文件。
五、 本局于收到申請數(shù)據(jù)后七個工作日完成書面審查，經(jīng)審查符合海關(guān)進口稅則第十五章及第三十八章二十三節(jié)規(guī)定者，即核發(fā)同意文件，不符規(guī)定者徑予退件；資料不全者通知于七日內(nèi)補正，補正日數(shù)不計入審查期間，逾期未補正者駁回其申請。
六、 本同意文件有效期限為六個月，逾期失其效力。
