• 新標準將大幅度降低Electric Range產品的表面溫度限值。
• 11月29日以后，已獲得證書的產品銷售至新南威爾士州，必須確保符合新標準要求，銷售至澳洲其它州郡沒有此項要求；發(fā)證機構并不強制舊證必須進行標準升級報備。
• 現階段至11月29日期間要申請SAA的新項目，新/舊標準可以并行使用；但如果使用舊標準申請證書，11月29日以后，產品需要符合新標準要求才能銷售至新南威爾士。
• 2017年11月29日之后申請SAA證書的Electric Range，必須提供符合新版標準的報告才能獲得證書。

建議

• 雖然發(fā)證機構并不強制舊證必須進行標準升級報備，但Intertek建議客戶進行報備，方便產品順利進關以及增加產品安全信譽。

For products falling under the Declaring Definition of an Electric Range, please be advised of the following, as provided to us by the New South Wales Regulator:

The New South Wales gazetted Standard for Electric Ranges, AS/NZS 60335.2.6: 2014 incl. A1, has introduced a significant reduction in surface temperatures for an Electric Range.  These new requirements become applicable after 30 November 2017.  

The New South Wales Electricity (Consumer Safety) Act Section 16 (1) requires that an Electrical Article complies with the gazetted Standard at the time of sale.  In this case, Electric Ranges for sale would be required to comply with the requirements of AS/NZS 60335.2.6: 2014 incl. A1:2015 as of 29 November 2017, and any further approvals granted for Electric Ranges shall be on basis of compliance with AS/NZS 60335.2.6: 2014 incl. A1:2015 as of 29 November 2017, up until any gazetted changes.

The certificate remains valid and the products may be sold everywhere except NSW. The products can be sold in NSW if they comply with the latest standard, even if the certificate has not been updated.
