據(jù)歐盟食品安全局（EFSA）消息，12月4日歐盟食品安全局就審查多菌靈（carbendazim）與甲基硫菌靈（thiophanate-methyl）的最大殘留限量發(fā)布意見。

為了解兩種農(nóng)藥在植物、加工商品、輪作農(nóng)作物以及牲畜中的最大殘留限量，EFSA審查了91/414/EEC號指令當中的結(jié)論以及成員國報告的進口限量與歐盟許可。

在現(xiàn)有數(shù)據(jù)基礎(chǔ)之上，EFSA得出最大殘留限量提案并開展了消費者風險評估。最終由于相關(guān)數(shù)據(jù)不完善，擬定最大殘留限量尚需進一步研究。

According to Article 12 of Regulation （EC） No 396/2005, the European Food Safety Authority （EFSA） has reviewed the Maximum Residue Levels （MRLs） currently established at European level for the pesticide active substances thiophanate-methyl and carbendazim. In order to assess the occurrence of thiophanate-methyl and carbendazimresidues in plants, processed commodities, rotational crops and livestock, EFSA considered the conclusions derived in the framework of Directive 91/414/EEC as well as the import tolerances and European authorisations reported by Member States （incl. the supporting residues data）。 Based on the assessment of the available data, MRL proposals were derived and a consumer risk assessment was carried out.
