歐盟批準(zhǔn)消螨多用于植保產(chǎn)品

食品伙伴網(wǎng)訊 據(jù)歐盟網(wǎng)站消息，12月16日歐盟發(fā)布（EU）No 1330/2014法規(guī)，修訂（EU）No 540/2011附件內(nèi)容，批準(zhǔn)消螨多（Meptyldinocap）用于植保產(chǎn)品。

歐盟委員會(huì)表示，消螨多使用時(shí)應(yīng)注意對(duì)操作者的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)，對(duì)水生無脊椎動(dòng)物的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)；使用時(shí)應(yīng)結(jié)合抗風(fēng)險(xiǎn)措施。

本法規(guī)自公布二十日起生效，自2015年4月1日起實(shí)施。

For the implementation of the uniform principles as referred to in Article 29(6) of Regulation (EC) No 1107/2009, the conclusions of the review report on meptyldinocap, and in particular Appendices I and II thereof, as finalised in the Standing Committee on the Food Chain and Animal Health on 16 May 2014 shall be taken into account.

In this overall assessment Member States shall pay particular attention to:

(a)	the risk to operators;

(b)	the risk to aquatic invertebrates.

Conditions of use shall include risk mitigation measures, where appropriate.

The applicant shall submit confirmatory information as regards:

(a)	the groundwater exposure assessment for metabolites (3RS)-3-(2-hydroxy-3,5-dinitro-phenyl)-butanoic acid (X103317) and (2RS)-2-(2-hydroxy-3,5-dinitro-phenyl)-propionic acid (X12335709);

(b)	the possible impact of any preferential degradation and/or conversion of the mixture of isomers on the worker risk assessment, the consumer risk assessment and the environment.

The applicant shall submit to the Commission, the Member States and the Authority the information set out in point (a) by 31 March 2017 and the information set out in point (b) two years after the adoption of specific guidance by the Commission.
