    食品伙伴網(wǎng)訊   據(jù)美國食品安全新聞網(wǎng)消息，美國環(huán)境工作小組（EWG）發(fā)布了食品添加劑“黑名單”列表，公布了12種食品“最臟”食品添加劑。

    這12種臟食品添加劑包括：硝酸鹽和亞硝酸鹽、溴酸鉀、對(duì)羥基苯甲酸丙酯、丁基化羥基苯甲醚（BHA）、丁基化羥基甲苯（BHT）、沒食子酸丙酯、可可堿、特殊香味物質(zhì)、人工色素、雙乙酰、磷酸鹽、鋁添加劑。

    目前美國市面上有超過一萬種食品添加劑，部分添加劑有致癌風(fēng)險(xiǎn)。美國環(huán)境工作小組建議民眾盡量避免以上12種最臟添加劑。
