Description of content: This Code of Practice intends to provide guidance for the preparation and processing of Muscovado Sugar. It includes sections on the over-all process of making muscovado sugar: site and location, plant premises, building, equipment and facilities, sanitation, raw materials requirement, operating practices and production requirements with consideration of personal hygiene, management and supervision, documentation and records and recall procedures.
