Description of content: The regulation amends Annex 2C which contains a list of Type of Food and Conditions of Use for Plastic Food Contact Material.

This amendment was made in view of the Migration Limit from Food Contact Material based on Food Type and Condition of use depending on the variety of plastic material, as stipulated by the Head of NADFC Regulation No. HK. 03.1.23.07.11.6664 of 2011, concerning Food Packaging Control that should be adjusted to the development of science and latest technology.
