Description of content: This Omani/Gulf draft technical regulation concerns microbiological limits for some foodstuffs intended for human consumption and for some food ingredients used in food industry, definition and requirements criteria for technical conformity. Items related to requirements (item 4) are compulsory. The remaining items are voluntary.
