微生物氮循環(huán)相關基因PCR芯片檢測

  氮是所有生物的重要組成部分，也是各種生命體的主要營養(yǎng)成分。氮的利用需要借助微生物進行轉(zhuǎn)化，參與氮循環(huán)的微生物主要通過氨化作用、硝化作用、反硝化作用、固氮作用等將N₂、無機氮化合物、有機氮化合物在自然界中相互轉(zhuǎn)化。通過PCR技術可檢測微生物參與氮循環(huán)相關的基因。
